Upon signing the MOU, both parties have expressed their confidence on the potential growth of economic activities in the region. Leveraging both track records of serving international clients in Chad, Cameroon, and the nearby countries. Armaz Capital and EB-Partners Group promise to deliver their collaborative services to help more enterprises and investors to set up a safe business foundation when entering the CEMAC region.

The CEMAC region remains attractive to businesses, as it has a big history of the oil industry. Not only the natural resources, but also the burgeoning dynamic economic activities around external trade, agriculture, and production-related projects driven by foreign investments. According to January 2024 statistics from the International Monetary Fund, the real GDP growth is at a positive 2.9 annual percent change.

Riding on the potential growth trajectory, the partnership aims to offer a full suite of trustworthy services for external MNCs and investors when operating locally in the CEMAC region. “We are delighted to work with a strong partner who understands the value chain of cross-border trading, from logistics to inventory management,” Emile of EB-Partners Group added, “Armaz Capital also has a proven record of mobilizing workforce to implement big-scale city development projects.”

Speaking during the event, Moudjaid of Armaz Capital expressed his appreciation for the partnership, noting that EB-Partners Group's services are compulsory for any new business who wants to thrive in the CEMAC region. “We are pleased to partner with EB-Partners Group, who is known for its strengths in legal and tax consulting domestically and internationally,” he said during the meeting, “The team has shown a global vision and consistent ambition, to assist companies involved in change.”

Through this partnership, Armaz Capital and EB-Partners Group will provide a platform for new joint venture projects to land in the CEMAC region. The force also applies for a cohesive long-term commitment of collaboration to drive more foreign investment projects sustainably, towards achieving a prosperous future of Africa.
